<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
There must be a thread for this somewhere but unable to find it. Thought I had this on 24 June had pin by text and link on following day and watched Slow Horses (S1 E1) no problem. Went to watch episode 2 last night and got taken to Apple site and offered 7 day trial. So went back to BT.com signed up again (I thought) got new pin number clicked on BUY and thought it would be OK this time although no link text this time. Go in to AppleTv+ this morning and am still taken to Apple.com. Any idea what's going wrong. Thought I had AppleTv + on 24 June but on 7 July I realised I haven't.
