Apps on EE TV Box

Just started with BT/EE yesterday for TV & broadband - how can I remove or add apps to my TV box? There are a couple on there that I don't want the kids to see/use but can't find out how to remove or at the least hide them.

Thanks in advance.

Is your account with BT or EE?

If you are an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.

Re: Apps on EE TV Box

All a bit murky really - the router has BT on it, the box the kit came in has BT on it but the remote has an EE logo as the on/off button. As far as I'm aware, I'm a BT customer but who knows!

Did you setup a BT ID or an EE ID, when you placed your order?

Or https://my.bt.com/appsconsumeraccount/secure/dashboard.do

That is a bit odd if BT are trying to get new customers onto EE?

You are on the right forum, so hopefully one of the forum members can help, as I do not have a TV account.

Alas, you can’t remove or hide them 😢

But you should investigate Parental Controls on BT or EE, once you have clarified whose broadband you have.
