Just received my new box after the old one died with the new update. Plugged in, none of the apps work except Netflix, even the help button doesn't. It all just returns to the tv program playing, any help would be appreciated. Alan
@thehornets58 Not sure which box you have and whether your replacement is a new or reconditioned box.
Going off memory I think as part of the setup process on a least some boxes there is an option to accept Youview terms and conditions which is needed to be set.
I would be inclined to perform a full factory reset on the newly supplied box and go through the setup process again.
