My BT Box is locked on channel 313 Sky News and I cannot change the channel with remote. Channel list is only showing channels from 313 up and if I try to change on any channel out of that range it will not activate. I have re-booted the box several times and also accessed things like Netflix, BBc i player, ITVx etc. succdsfully but wil not change any live channels - Please Help.
