BT Box Pro - failed recordings
For the third time now recordings which were fine are showing up as failed and so are some new ones and the only solution is to factory reset and sit through 10 minutes of Rylan and lose all the settings.
Is this a known fault or do I have a dodgy box?

hi @chrispw1 thanks for posting. Can I ask if the recording previously played OK, then reports "Failed" in the MyTV page later, and do you get an error when you try and play it? Either way, doing a full factory reset should not be necessary.
I will drop you a PM with to get some more information about your TV Box serial number and in-home set up and take a look at what's causing this and how to fix.
