BT Pro Box pause/rewind

Hi All,

Weird experience. I paused a pgm to do something else 😉,  when I resumed and came to FF the adverts, the > arrow rewound the pgm rather than go forward?  Obviously I tried the < button, and lo, it advanced the recording??? 

Any ideas, I have done the remote reset (Home and 9)?

OK, I'm going to have to ask the obvious ... 

There's no chance you had the remote upside down is there?  😁

Hi @DarrenDev   😂  No, and to the next obvious q, no I hadn't been drinking either.

Hi @DarrenDev  - FYI in case anyone else experiences it

 The following day the only button responding on the remote was the  vol up/down. Did the obvious battery change, remote reset, but it was fixed by a reboot of the Pro Box.  Been fine since. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@curlywatts Hi, yes as above I rebooted the Pro box (not a factory reset).
