Using the BT Pro Box in energy saver mode because I can hear the noise from the box in the bedroom.
Twice I have been unable to wake the box from the remote control - it appears to have completely turned off and had to press the BT button on the box to turn on
This morning it failed to record a scheduled programme - again, it could not be wakened from the remote
Presume this should not be happening?
