I have upgraded my BT TV Pro box to internet mode.
Since doing so I now get a slight but noticeable stutter in the sound every few seconds.
I have a sky box fed into the TV by HDMI and the BT box fed in by HDMI and then the TV feeds to sonos sound bar by optical sound.
The stutter now happens across both boxes unless I switch off the BT Pro box in which case it stops.
Didn't happen before the update to internet mode.
Any body got ideas or advice to correct it?

Do you use a 5/8-port switch anywhere in the link between the HomeHub & the devices?
If you do it's possible that it's not capable of handling the correct directing of the multicast transmissions to the requesting port and flooding all devices.
Netgear switches don't work well for this but for example TP-Link TL-Sg105/8's do.
NETGEAR do work well if you have a switch that supports multicast.
Exactly that.
changed my pro box to wireless connection and all sorted no issues.
yes it has a net gear 8 port switch in as you described.
will either leave it wireless or look for a better switch.
Top man - thanks for the help
@paul401 @What was the switch model number?
GS308v2
@paul401 its the gs308e that supports multicast. Managed switch
@TimCurtis is that a managed or unmanaged switch?
The TP-link ones are unmanaged. No real need for managed ones.
