I am wits end with bt tv pro box. Constantly losing signal, which also means unable to rewind the bit you have just missed!
As of tonight no picture . I have tried re set keeping recordings it did that once and still no picture. I tried again and now it wont; even let me do that. I am aways soon and my Wife will not be able to do all this stuff.
Appears to be a faulty box. Waiting for someone to have a look and replace box Saturday. I called BT today about the problem and I must say it was a first-class service. They also picked up a problem with my BT router and sorted that out too!
Great service from start to finish. I hope the new box will be an end to all the issues we have had. Oddly, we lost the picture all day last week so something very wrong somewhere.
