I sent back my BT Pro box to BT as I cancelled EE TV. The post office tracker shows it was delivered on the 19th March. I've got the proof of postage, I didn't sent if back in the white bag but the original box with the BT pre postage label printed on at the post office. Which is the best way to contact BT to sort this? It still says due back on the 16th May, thank you for any help.

I went on to live chat online and gave my proof of postage tracking number. They saw the box was returned and updated my account to show returned and avoid a bill.
