Just installing BT Pro box at my mums, shes 74! it used to work fine last week, but some update has left it constantly sitting at the connect aerial page and the remote will not allow me to select “start update”. This happens if the aerial is in or out? Any ideas?

A software update has been issued today, I know you have taken the aerial out but have you completed the steps in this post?
