My Bt Box with recording facility stopped operating. I had been having connection issues with internet, but got everything else working.
Rebooted the box but it seemed as if remote was not working. Connected an old BT box and remote worked perfectly. Reconnected latest box, showed up BT TV options, which then disappeared as normal. Tried to use remote, and then box buttons manually got no action.
As some point I got a message suggesting that I did not have package to access channels, but this was nonsense. Anyway, as it stands box does not respond by remote or manually.
Anyone had this happen? Also if it comes to the worst and i have to replace it, can you transfer recorded programs to a new box?
