BT TV Box Pro Missing Channels

Just received a BT TV Box Pro. I can only find 68 non internet TV channels and I don’t have any channels between 68 and 201. In particular I’m missing Talking Pictures which I watch a lot.

I reset to factory settings and it’s picked up more channels now
