Hi. This was working fine for about two months. But suddenly wired connection failed to connect to internet. Tried wireless connection. This also connects to router but not internet. Have tried factory resets on both router and TV Box. No joy. Have tried forcing a new IP using manual IP setup, connects to router using this new IP, but once again, no internet. The other devices on my network still work fine. Just the TV Box. Please assist.

Sorry you're having problems with the Box Pro. Are you seeing any error codes / messages? Do all other devices connect ok?

Hi, after factory reset, I cannot get past the 'connect to the interest' section. It connect to the router, fine.
All other devices (~8 laptops/tablets/phones) connect fine over wired and wifi.
Hi, no. TV Box -> wired ethernet -> Router.
