BT TV Box Pro - how test speed on it?

I'm sure before EE there used to be a setting to test the speed at the TV pro box. I can't remember (or see) it now, is it still hidden somewhere ?

I want to test the speed, what the TV box is getting, I use WiFi, but sometimes get stutters on Now TV channels. EE have said they may send me power line adapters, but in the past I've had poor results with them. So before they do I'd like to test speed with/without them.

@QoQ Do you have a Netflix account?

The help section in the Netflix app has a speed test checker.

Ah ok I’ll try that, sure there was a one built in when BT branded software. 

So this will let me know an idea of speed at box at least, and then I can try powerline

There used to be a speed checker in the box software but it didn't return a value - just basically said 'OK'

Netflix is the best route but you need an account.

Thanks for tip on Netflix.

So ran quite a few tests, and I know it’s not continuous, at random times and I’m getting 130+ Mbps everytime more than enough for Now TV HD channels, yet still get pixelation and complete drops where it pauses, then says prob, asks to restart router, press back and works again (without restarting router).
