BT TV PROBLEM

We have a problem when using subtitles it seems to corrupt our TV channels and recorded programs. 

This causes programs to freeze and often reset to the start of the recording .

Also the subtitles freeze or lag behind  when using fast forward or pause controls.

This is a known problem and we are waiting for it to be fixed.

If you turn subtitles off before skipping through recordings, it should not happen.
