Hi,
I have been with BT for over a year for Broadband and TV. I have a Smart Hub 2 and a TV Pro Box.
Recently the TV box has been dropping its connection to the Smart Hub. Nothing has changed in terms of location of either unit.
I have tried a reset on both but it still keeps happening. All other devices connected to the Smart Hub are fine.
Any suggestions, I have tried the help on BT and that is no Help.
