<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I’ve just upgraded to a new Bt Tb Pro box and my HDMI splitter which sends the output to two TVs now doesn’tallow for BTSportUltimate to show as I get an error YVM607. I did not get this error when I was on the channel with my old BT 4K box with a splitter. Basically it appears that my splitter isn’t compatible. I’ve purchased a new 4k splitter but still get the error. If anyone isn’t getting the error with the BT TV Pro box can they let me know what spitter or solution they have? Thanks in advance.
