BT TV Pro recording a few seconds

Our BT TV Pro box records a few seconds of Emmerdale or Corrie only, at least once/twice per week that is all thats recorded.

I've tried resets and retunes, nothing works.

Is there any troubleshooting as BT have offered to send a new box, I assume the new one will have the same issue

Which channel is this occuring on and is your box in aerial or IP mode ?

And is the problem occuring on other channels programming.

Aerial, ITV with soaps mostly, havent noticed it with other channels at all .....

I had the same problem tonight with Strictly. Very annoying when I went to watch it later in the evening.

As you know I have the same issue with a BBC News program. I notice there's another person who has posted they also have this error. BT tested my box, said no issues, and said must be transmission. However, it is beginning to seem that several people are reporting the same problem so I feel BT needs to look into this further.
