BT TV Pro

I’ve just set up my pro box I have it linked to a splitter that links 4 other tvs only 3 are receiving a picture the 4th tv has a hdmi booster to get a quality picture.

If I remove the booster a get a picture but very poor quality.

I still have Sky it finishes on Monday all 4 tvs work fine also connected my laptop and again all 4 TVs work, to me it can only be the pro box.

any suggestions most welcome

@Michael110368

What happens if you move the onward connections to the TVs from one port on the splitter to another? Does the poor picture move as the TV moves, or does it remain with the currently affected port?

If the poor picture moves with the TV, what happens if you bypass the splitter and connect  that TV directly to the Pro box? Is the picture still poor, or is it then OK?
