Keep getting this error, apps all upto date and so is the pro box, can anyone shed any light on how to fix?

When did the BT Tv App stop working and is it the IOS or Android app ?
If IOS app which version of IOS do you have ?
Have you recently reset your BT Pro Box eg to switch to Ip Mode ?
You could try unpairing and then pairing the device again ( in My TV Settings section of the App)
Do you have more than one YouView box on your network? That error means that we found a box and connected to it, but the response it gave us was missing an important bit of information. This would normally only happen on boxes that should have updated years ago.
