All working perfectly two days ago, not watched yesterday... suddenly this evening we cannot get any of the apps and the message comes up that the box cannot connect to the internet. Wifi working perfectly, have tried factory reset, switching off at the wall, everything we can think of. Any suggestions very welcome
When I was playing with mine a while back I seemed to find that the Pro Box doesn't see 5GHz channels above 44. So it might be worth going to the 5GHz settings on your Hub & changing the auto channel selection to a fixed 40.
Networking on this device is the flakiest implementation I've ever encountered in nearly 40 years in IT. In my experience it's standard response to any kind of network error being to simply lock up & require a factory reset. So really hard to conduct meaningful testing on it, especially as there's no way to skip the incredibly annoying intro video...
