My BT TV box often becomes... unresponsive, or won't playback recordings (shows zero time) or boots to maintenance mode.
This is fixed by a reset until it occurs again and requires another reset.
I have hundreds of hours of recordings so choose to keep recordings.
I have requested a replacement TV box but BT want me to return the old one or they want to charge me for having two boxes! This is unacceptable.
I have hundreds of hours of recordings I want to watch or I wouldnt have bothered recording them.
Ive been a BT client for decades! Is there a way BT can make a concession and not charge me extra until Ive watched all the recordings and then I'll be gald to send it back. Its probably only going to be recycled anyway!
