I have recently purchased BTTV and set the box up as required.
The issue I am having is that no channels play when using the guide. I goes blank for 5 seconds and then says there is a connection problem between the box and the router.
There is no issue with a connection as Now and Netflix work fine when using the apps.
I have tried ethernet, wireless, reseting the box and nothing seems to work.
Any help would be appreciated. I spoke to BT via chat and they said they would get back to mew in 48 hours, and that was a few days ago.
