BT TV you view Pro Box stuck on set-up

Hello,

I see there are a few people that have had similar issues with their boxes appearing to be stuck on the setup screen, but not getting any further. This has been working until now and then stopped. I have tried every option in the maintenance screen and the result remains the same.

Can anyone help?

Mine stopped once during the setup and I found the remote had been unpaired.

It was a while ago but I think I just did this:

Press the Home and 9 buttons at the same time

Hold down the buttons until the LED around the BT icon flashes purple three times

Yes I also found those instructions and tried that before trying the maintenance options. Thanks for the suggestion.
