Re: BT TV

Hi @Jelugs

Disney+ isn't available through BT TV, so if you have a smart TV you could download the Disney+ app to your TV and you would need to subscribe to that directly. You could also download the Disney+ app to a phone/tablet and subscribe and watch that way.

Re: BT TV

Thanks so much for your input, it’s very valuable to me as a novice. I do have a smart tv but when you say subscribe is that a paying subscription ? as I don’t  want to increase my costs anymore.

thanks so much

regards

Re: BT TV

Yes it would mean paying a subscription @Jelugs , according to their website prices start from £4.99/month from 1st November, and that's with ads. £7.99/month ad free, so it's not a cheap option if you're only really interested in one channel such as National Geographic.

Re: BT TV

Hi,

Once again thanks for your very valuable assistance and you are quite right, no way is it worth paying extra for just that one channel. So I will conclude my mission and live without it.

Before I go I would like to say a heartfelt thanks for all your help, take care and very best wishes

Re: BT TV

Another thing sprung to mind Andy I’d you done mind me raising it…you seem to be on top of this game so will ask you…..if I pair the Bt tv pro remote with my Hisense Tv as per instructions ( two buttons held together) it works for one action , say muting the tv, but next time it doesn’t. Like it’s lost its pairing?.. do you know why this would be ?

thanks again

Re: BT TV

I thought the BT Pro Remote paired automatically with the TV, it did with my Samsung. You could try resetting the BT remote and seeing if that works. Hold the Home and 9 buttons until the blue light flashes on the remote. If it still does not control your TV then you may just have to use the TV remote control.

Re: BT TV

Once again so very many thanks. Yes I have just tried that and it only seems to pair the once! So I will mute etc on the tv remote as you suggest.

thanks again
