BT pro box order delay?

Hi guys,

has anyone else ordered a pro box for tv and actually received it?

I ordered mine on jan 2nd and it’s still not dispatched! Not impressed, especially when my youview box keeps losing WiFi connection over the past few days

Sorry to hear of your issues - I can see that it's still waiting for the box to be picked at the warehouse. Given that this should have happened within 24 hours, your order definitely hasn't reached them - it'll need to be resubmitted. Your best option is to call or use the online chat facility.

thanks for the reply, guess I thought this would have been flagged automatically since they are waiting on me returning my youview box, no problems, will call them this afternoon 👍
