I recently moved and whislt broadband and wifi is working, I have no access to freeview channels and comming up with this error code. I have spend houta on telephone qith bt and now have to wait 5 days for some special yeam to phone me, I cannot phone them.
Error reads that I need EE TV account to access EE TV but I have a live and active account. I dont qant to miss motogp Sunday, how can I get this resolved withpit waiting for several more days for an apparent call
