I've had my BT Pro box since January 2022 and following 2 software updates I'm still having random problems with the Pro Box stopping with the 'You View' screen being displayed whilst watching a recorded program. Also the Pro box regularly freezes and the only way to operate the box is by removing the power lead and plugging it back in and the Pro box starts to work.
BT state that they do not know what causes the problem and I wondered if there are any other Pro box users who are having the same problem.

Is this the Box doing a restart ( ie what happens next in this scenario ?) and what frequency are you experiencing this ?
It has completed a restart from the 'You View' screen being displayed but lately when 'You View' was displayed whilst watching a pre recorded program it sent me back to the beginning of the recorded program.
It has happened 2 or 3 times during April
