For bt this should be a simple fix.

While we are on the subject of the dolby logo. quite a few on sky cinema also have the tag missing, yet I can hear those.

Once the sound issue is fixed on the pro box, this will make things easier.

It could be a general fault with their EPG system.

What makes you think the Box Pro fixed output audio format issue will ever be fixed? 😂
