More often than not when I select a programme to watch on BritBox it doesn’t load. I just get the blue spinning circle or it'll load and it expects me to watch it with a blue spinning circle in the middle of the picture. Any ideas what’s wrong?
This only seems to be a problem with the YouView box; it doesn't happen with the small "smart" TVs in the rest of the house that just go through the App.
I’ve had this issue with content on BritBox on AppleTV and BritBox content on ITX X on multiple platforms so don’t think it’s a YouView only issue.
My BritBox subscription has now ended and using ITVX, have reported it to them, but had a generic incorrect advice about pressing numbers on my remote and clearing cache. But I reported it happening on AppleTv!
