If you are a BT/EE TV subscriber, they will replace this for you.
If you are not, then replacement boxes can be found on eBay, or at CeX.
Or describe in more detail what ‘faulty’ means in this case, and what you have done to try to fix it, and what the YouView box model number is, and we can see if there are things you could try, to fix it for yourself.
