Hi I have updated my box to the new software update now the channels take up to 2 minutes to come on and when they do it jumps to a random channel?
I have reset box still the same
We are having a similar issue and its wiped all out schedule recordings and won't allow me to record anything 🙄🤷😔. We've reset too. From another post, it might mean another box 🙄

Hi, it's BT model 91-00438. DTR-T2100/500g/bt/df. Now it won't even connect, we just get the You view loading screen but it won't move on. We've still got an old box, so have connected that, and although we've now got the TV Freeview working, we still can't record. 🤷
It’s a box that is getting pretty long in the tooth now, it could be a failing hard drive.
Assuming you have tried a full reset to see if that clears the issue, you may need to replace the hardware.
