It's unclear from your post whether you are referring to the issue with the LBC recording not existing on an different model box or the date issue last week. Can you confirm please?

Sorry, what I'm trying to establish is when you verified that the problem with LBC also existed on your Pro Box, did you then test it with the other box? If so, what was the result?
@rbz5416 I tested retail Humax youview box first was ok so knew pro box had issue
