Bt tv pro box software version

I have the pro box and the software version is 0.5.34.  Is this the most upto version as it seems to have been on this since I got it, when I try to update it confirms it is the latest version?

Youview list the latest box versions on their website at

and would normally announce new versions on their forum at

So those links seem to be consistent with the manufacturer software of 0.5.34 that you have.

If I am using WiFi only and no arieal, should I be able to receive BBC1?

No - all tv channels below channel 300 require an aerial. This is all the Freeview channels including BBC, ITV etc.
