If they can't solve it, they need to ensure that every channel they show (not just sport, though that's the main area where there are issues) has every program, both live coverage (with build-up and postmatch coverage) and highlights, available on the relevant apps within 12 hours tops (though even that is a long time in an age where pop-up spoilers are everywhere), and for two weeks minimum. The inability to do this with current apps is the main reason I (and I think many others) pay extra to use a PVR system primarily.

In my experience sport coverage is already available almost immediately on the Discovery+ app.

Unfortunately that is not the case for Sky Sports via the NOW app. Some things are never available in full e.g MNF or in other cases take ages to be uploaded.

@Lesley_W @Debbie_G My complaint felt like a waste of time as the issue clearly hasn't been resolved but the complaint has been closed. Probably to help the MI. I'm sure you'll say it's more about the customer, but I've monitored complaints departments before, so I am aware of what goes on and what pressures they are under to close complaints as soon as possible. Especially in those industries where they have to report complaints data to regulators or other oversight bodies!

According to the EPG entry for tonight’s later FA Cup match, Liverpool are taking on the 1983 winners Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield. Where are they getting this stuff from? Yes, Gordon Smith should have won it for them in the last minute, but he didn’t.
