Well I suppose it’s good to hear that finally in the last few weeks an “extraordinary amount of time” has been spent investigating a problem which has existed for months if not years.
Time will tell as to whether this will fix the problems for customers who have for months if not years been paying for a service they haven’t been receiving.
Perhaps if and when this problem is finally fixed EE/BT might spend an extraordinary amount of time providing financial compensation for their long-suffering TV customers?
It is improved, but not fixed. Forest - Villa failed on Sky Sports Premier League, luckily I got home not long after the coverage started so didn't miss too much, and the V8 Supercars failed overnight last night (not a priority for me, and there's a rerun scheduled to record later). I'm sure there've been others in sports I don't watch. 'Airing Break' on Sky Sports Premier League next Sunday right now too, though that usually resolves before too long
Tbe supercars likely failed as i'm led to believe the schedule changed due to a cyclone
Thanks, I wasn't aware of that as it's a watch-when-there's-nothing-else-on sport for me. I can't blame EE for cyclones.
Installed the new box last night, after clearing as much of what I'd recorded as possible.
First recording failure this morning. (Championship final day, I didn't get home until after the coverage had started).
Abysmal.
But usual.
