Numerous failures in the last week (Brighton v Bournemouth for a start), and numerous recordings that I've set for the future have now dropped out of the recording schedule (both the Championship and Premier League games on Saturday, and both NFL Championship games on Sunday). All Sky Sports as far as I can see. Please don't mark this as fixed, it isn't. I regret renewing.
First reported (here) five months ago and problems still remain.
Conclusion - the service is not fit for purpose.
It’s unacceptable that the problems with Sky Sports are still happening. Fortunately I spotted that Brighton/ Bournemouth MNF had dropped out of my scheduled recordings as well as the programme which followed it, which means that the problem is now even worse than ever. We are out of contract in a couple of months and I won’t be renewing unless there’s a dramatic improvement.
It is very clear EE/BT/Whatever they are called today TV have absolutely no interest in fixing the problems or fulfilling their side of the contract.
If folks want SKY they can go direct to NOW TV which is probably better (it can't be much worse can it?)
I noticed that my scheduled recording of this coming week’s MNF ( Everton v Leeds) had dropped out. I notice that it is now called Monday Night Football and there appears to be a separate series link for those that just want MNF and it does not pick up the other Premier League matches on Sky Sports.
It's hard not to conclude that EE have lost all interest in youview.
Hi everyone.
The feedback has been sent to the relevant team to be looked into.
Thanks.
Leanne.
West Ham v Sunderland also not recording, the EPG thinks the Alpine Skiing is still on (though lists the football as 'next' at 11am) but the coverage has clearly started. And the Bournemouth v Liverpool and Arsenal v Manchester United have dropped out of the planner AGAIN. Likewise Monday night Football AGAIN and all the Champions League games. Why did I believe the blatant lie that this was fixed?
"Hi everyone.

Leanne".
Thanks but feedback has been passed back many times and nothing is done. Why not just ask the relevant team to be honest and say they don't give a toss?
Jesus wept! Of course the team will give a toss. It will be a complex fix, not as easy as you seem to think it is
