Btp -15000

Been a BT/ EE TV subscriber for a while had the set up for over a year, recently moved house, when setting up the TV error code btp- 15000, box previously was connected via ethernet so reset to factory settings and wanted connect wirelessly but after initial set up was again met with the same Error code btp-15000.

 

Rang the helpline they were very lovely and friendly but unfortunately unable to solve the issue 

 

 

Any help ?

Which BT box/receiver are you using which displays this error code?

It's possibly because your BT TV service is still linked to the your old address.  Call 0330 1234 150 and press option 2.  Costomer Services should be able to sort it for you or transfer you to someone who can.
