Looking for some help as set up my pro box and keeps saying am not a bt customer yet my service went live on the 16/8/23 can any one help called customer service and got nowhere with the tv technician
What is the specific message?
Have you pressed home on the remote and on the apps try and get into the BT app, does that work?
Have you gone into settings (top right hand side cog icon when you press the home button), software information, and checked for system and app updates?
Yes no access to nothing on the screen it just says your not a bt customer please call this number which I did yesterday and they can’t help really shocking yet I have seen lots of posts with customers having the same issue
Have you logged into your My BT account? What is the order status?
