I have a DTRT4000, and I can no longer play any recording, even ones I have played before. On any recording the preview screen will show the channel details, start and end time, as well as the length of the recording, but when you go to play the timeline is 0 to 0. Software version is up to date, I have have done a hard power cycle, and also a factory reset retaining recordings, but still the same behaviour.
