If you havr an apple TV box from BT / EE then you will br an EE customer as BT don't do them. From a browse on their site I could only pick one or thr other when I put some details in so I suspect you have perhaps moved from BT to ee. If that's the case BT will want the Pro box back or they will likely charge you for not doing so and you would likely have issues with trying to run both boxes based on your subscription

Extra boxes supplied on loan by EETV  will be the non recordable Box Mini , so main box loaned would be one of EETV AppleTV , EE Box Pro  or Box Mini. Currently it is possible to substitute another box in liew of the loaned box if you have one in your possession. There does appear to be a grey market for the Box Pro although BT/EE have not acknowledge any retail sales of those boxes. Also there are many legacy BT (Humax Youview) boxes that are legitimately owned.

Only Apple TV boxes supplied (on loan) from EE  as part of their EETV contract connected to the contracted EE Broadband line will have the EETV app with the full EETV features.

Other AppleTV boxes will have the standard EETV app available from the App Store.

If you have muti room subscription and spare HDMI ports then fill your boots.

If you don't have muti room both will still work as the pro box is basically a freeview pvr and runs perfectly fine without subscriptions.
