Cancel Now TV Cinema Trial

I started a 7-day free trial of Now TV Cinema membership 6 days ago, and want to cancel before I'm billed. Despite following the links provided in the email which I received after signing up, and logging into My BT, I have been unable to cancel - the links lead to dead pages, endless loops, or timed out. I just want to cancel! Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.

As far as I'm aware there are no free trials on EE tv.

You must have gone through Now direct 

Suggest you sign into your Now account  to cancel.

That page covers the free trials and i believe  says you need to phone to cancel.
