I am trying to cancel Netflix via BT TV. I got an email telling me it has been cancelled but when I got my next bill it's still there. I rang billing dept at BT but they tell me that I have to give 30 days notice. When I originally rang to cancel netflix this was not mentioned. Has anyone else managed to cancel Netflix successfully?

Then it's been cancelled but the cancellation notice has overlapped with your next bill being produced, it doesn't stop instantly, Netflix has its own billing cycle and you can still view the content up to that date, on your next bill you'll see a pro-rata refund of anything previously billed past the cease date.
