Change BT Sport mid contract

Hi All

I have a 2yr contract on my broadband and Sport but when I signed up I was told that I could switch the Sport to another option at no extra cost. I’ve downgraded to SD due to cost so no longer watch the Sports as the SD picture is terrible but I can’t seem to find how to switch the package. Can anyone help please

You can watch in HD on the Discovery+ app without the HD add-on.
