I haven't done a reset yet as I don't want to losing any of my recordings.
I'd there a way of doing a reset without losing my recordings ?

I have done a factory reset (keep recordings) and the issue has been resolved. I can now record programmes on channel 5.

I have a BT Pro box and when you click on the Factory Reset option it will ask you if you want to keep your recordings.
