Channel problem

I am having trouble with 3 channels 

channel 4 

sky Atlantic HD 

SKY NEWS 

I can’t watch the following channels it just says there is a problem with the channel which is affected by my broadband. My broadband is fast and hasn’t slowed down in any way I have restarted router and box and even factory reset but no luck any one help.

I have this issue. more channels than this though. It’s an exchange problem. Been like this for 4 weeks and no date for resolution
