Hi BT,
I have been charged twice for my subscription to Now TV and Now Entertainment.
I was speaking to the technical team who were helpful and directed me to the billing team. They told me to contact Now. And ow's homepage redirects me back to EE, if the Now package is through BT (which it is).
I have been charged for
In my BT account and charged separetly by Now directly (I do not use Now exceot for on my BT account).
These charges are identical and specific.
I saw another user on this forum had the same thing occur.
I would like to send documentary evidence of this double billing if you could provide an email address please?

Hi @rmoran It sounds like you have two Now accounts, only Now would be able to cancel the duplicated one as BT can only see the one you have directly with us.
