Dark Screen

Since having bt tv, the tv picture has gone really dark, When the engineer fitted it he connected stright to the internet through the router.  Would the picture improve if we had a tv aerial fitted thank you for any replies.

Hi, @Villafanman welcome to the community and thanks for posting, have you tried adjusting the brightness in your TV settings to see if that helps?
