The Pro box still seems to have drifted out of lip-sync every time I turn it back on.
This can sometimes be fixed by changing the resolution to 1080p and then back again.
Can anyone at BT confirm that a permanent fix this issue is being worked on please?

@Matomo Sadly the BT Pro Box is not so Pro as it would like to be, as you mention the audio sync problem is still an issue, the app support is very poor. I now only use my box for recordings.

I’ve had to whack the audio delay up way more than I imagined. Think I’ve got it on about 160ms now.
Seems to have done the trick, but I’m really surprised this hasn’t been fixed by now. Other than this I do think it’s a great box, I’m really impressed to be honest.
As for there not being any staff on this forum, well there definitely are!
@Matomo how are you connected up with the box?
For me it's all hdmi.
Probox -> Sony av amp - > Sony bravia tv
Before my amp upgrade, I had the box connected this way...
Probox - > Sony bravia TV - > Sony av amp old (connected to TV via optical cable)
My old method had lipsync issues, yet new method doesn't. Some who have soundbars and av amps connected via arc/eARC also had no issues either.
All HDMI to a new Sony XH9505. Then to my Sonos via HDMI ARC.
Does the sonos have a hdmi input?
If it does, see if you can try it that way.
BT - > sonos - > tv
See if the issue goes away. If it does then possible it could be something else.
It does have HDMI input yes, that’s how I’m getting the audio to it at the moment, I’m fully HDMI.
Worth mentioning that I didn’t have lip-sync problems with Sky, and I don’t have lip-sync problems with any other types of BT TV box. I’ve got them all and have tried.
